Liberty National Looks into the Past
Whether you want to watch a 4D movie at the Solomon Victory Theater, shop at the museum store, or grab a bite at the American Sector restaurant, the museum provides fun for all! In a number of exhibits, visitors are provided with information about leaders and decision makers from the time period, and can learn about the men and women who put their lives on the line for our country.
The National WWII Museum opened its doors in June of 2000, and was designated by Congress in 2003 as America’s National WWII Museum*. The museum is open seven days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Want to learn more or get your tickets in advance? Visit nationalww2museum.org.
