Liberty National – Maxwell Law #8: The Law of Intuition

Leadership intuition separates great leaders from the ones who are merely good. Leaders see everything with leadership bias, and, as a result, they instinctively know what to do to enable the success of their followers. At Liberty National we need leaders with great intuition to help grow Agencies. Everyone is capable of developing a degree of leadership intuition, but no one starts at the same place.

Intuitive Leaders

According to John Maxwell, there are three levels of intuition in leaders:

  1. Those who naturally see it
  2. Those who are nurtured to see it
  3. Those who will never see it

What level do you see yourself in? Think about how you relate to people and how they relate to you. Are you easily influenced? Or do you easily influence others? Do people rely on you for answers? Do you ask others for answers? Do people want your opinion on issues? How do you respond to other people’s opinions?
