Duplicate Yourself in Others

As you learned in Liberty National Leadership Academy 201, the most effective Liberty National Agencies have a strong culture, and the best way to develop one is through Personal Recruiting. When you personally bring people onto your team, you may gravitate toward potential Agents who are similar to you. That’s a good thing, since it means those people are more likely to possess some of the same qualities that got you to where you are today. If you bring enough like-minded people into your Liberty National Agency, then your entire business will run like a well-oiled machine.

Teach Your People

Once you’re comfortable with Personal Recruiting, the next step is to show your team members how to do it. It’s all cyclical – if your team is made up of people who share your drive and vision, then they’ll seek out others with the same traits. Coaching people on Personal Recruiting will grow your Agency exponentially and may even set the groundwork to develop future leaders in the process.
