Located in the heart of the French Quarter, the museum exhibits artifacts and information on Voodoo folklore, beliefs, and practices. Seven days a week, visitors can peruse the displays to learn the entire history of Voodoo, from its African origins to the active modern community, or stroll through the local cemeteries on one of the museum’s walking tours. Afterwards, you can visit the gift shop to pick up Voodoo dolls, gris-gris bags, and other handmade oddities.
