Assistant Unit Managers (AUMs) will arrive on Mon., April 16th, to immerse themselves in learning from the most respected and accomplished leaders at Liberty National. They will spend time connecting with their upwardly mobile peers and building networks and relationships to last a lifetime. They will share and acquire strategies, learn new tactics, and gain wisdom that will prove to be invaluable throughout their careers. Tues., April 17th through Thurs., April 19th, will be action packed and full of inspiration, motivation, and time-tested lessons from legendary veterans and some of the most cutting-edge “Strategies for Success” our industry has to offer.
Departure from Leadership Academy 101 MUST be on Fri., April 20th.
Liberty Leadership Academy 101 is for YOUR Assistant Unit Managers.
This is the FIRST step on Liberty National’s management career path. This course serves to introduce future Liberty National leaders to the basics of:
